Talented item!
I bought a new Panasonic HD TV and realized the stock cord that came with the video receiver was not nearly long enough. The tele is over my fire place and I used Monster cord track hiders, and needed a cord 9' or longer. Panasonic does not rat on such a cord, an extension cord would not work (would cause an eye sore) this Belkin power cord worked out great and awesome toll!
When 2ft unprejudiced isn't enough
The cord works merely perfect. The standard cord that comes with my HP w2207 isn't long enough at my new place. This cord is just perfect. The monitor doesn't have any power issues at all. The cord may be for twopence in price, but not in quality.
Surely what I was looking for
I needed a longer AC power strand to feed one of my monitors in a side-by-side monitor arrangement where the original power cable for the outside monitor was far too cut in on. This cord was exactly what I wanted. While not as thick as say a PSU AC cable, it is perfect for a monitor and very supple which is great if you want to do some cable government to create a clean work space. I've very pleased with this cable and will probably buy more of them as I have need. Price is convenient, and free shipping, so you can't really go wrong here.
Insufficient
This is a sale-priced cord. It does work, but I would recommend paying more and buying a higher quality product.
Blameless solution to the problem
An extended power cord should not be an unrequisite feature for a Flatscreen TV. I'm extremely happy that I found this alternate cord to complete a clean install.

Bank data sharing accord in jeopardy UPI.com

BRUSSELS, Jan. 18 (UPI) -- An interim deal allowing U.S. authorities to access text on European bank transactions requires adjustments, a European parliamentary group said.

The Unjaundiced caucus of the European Parliament said in a news release that "two clear conditions" must be met for legislators to give finishing consent to the Swift agreement, which is named after the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication, a corporation that tracks trillions of dollars of transactions each day involving 8,000 financial firms around the world, the EUobserver reported Monday.

It was discovered in 2006 that U.S. authorities had secretly habituated to Swift information in the war on terror, taking advantage of a Swift data bank that was set up in Washington.

Nimble has since sequestered its data, keeping European data in Switzerland and the Netherlands.

The European Parliament still needs to give immutable consent to the agreement struck in November that gives U.S. authorities access to Swift data.
