Sorry I haven't been posting a lot lately - been swamped at work as we have been getting quite a few new employees and I have been asked to train them in. It's fun to have some "new blood" infused into our workplace, and the eager newbies sure seem like a great bunch.
I was going to replace the light fixture in my bathroom and had no idea what sort of light to put in there.
I picked this up yesterday for .99 cents (actually 25% less than that as it was the Monday sale day) and it was labeled "Lightolier", with a numbered UL stamp...

Upgrades get under way at Kingsport Town Center Kingsport Times News
KINGSPORT — If the Kingsport Community Center is starting to look a little brighter these days, there’s good reason.
Crews recently began installing new lighting in the joint areas at the center, formerly known as the Fort Henry Mall. By mid last week, installation was about 40 percent accomplish. The work represents the early phases of a multimillion-dollar renovation project designed to renovate the interior and exterior of the mall.
Somera Capital Management announced the renovation and expansion outline after acquiring the property in January 2007. Despite economic setbacks due to the nationwide downturn, mall Manageress Kevin Harmon said the owners are still moving forward with the project.
“The economy has slowed us down but it hasn’t stopped us,” Harmon said. “It’s all still occurrence. It’s just slower than we initially anticipated.”
He said the new lighting, once completed, will make a big adjustment in the mall’s appearance, and should snuff out the No. 1 customer complaint he hears — “they say the mall is valid too dark.”
Looking for info about what lights ie Low Voltage, Lightolier, etc to light a clothing store?
berth is about 25 x 25 with a sky light in the middle.
Want a really good track light system and some additional meandering light.
Looking for ideas or any advice.

For dignified color rendition in a clothing store, you should use incandescents.
Contact an electrical contractor or a lighting distributor (not retailer). Sometimes they will do the stratagem for you for the profit on the sale of the fixtures. You'll need a contractor for installation, anyhow.
