Float level switch for in home a/c unit?
my a/c element is in my attic. i am told i need a float level switch installed in the drain pa. it supposedly is a switch that shuts the unit off when it detects some or too much top-grade in the drian pain. can anyone send me a link to one or explain exaclty i suppse to hard wire it in. thanks
Too much dishwater is the problem. Forget the switch, just check the drain hose once a month (if you are the anal type) or 2 times a spice. As long as the drain is clear, there won't be too much water. If there is too much water, then clear the drain, ( that is what you will have to do if the installed switch shuts down the segment).
Pressure level switch in washing machine?
I have always blockage in the silicon hose (15 cm) which link level perssure switch to the bottom of tub of washing machine. The location of pressure level switch is under the level of water in tub. Is location of pressure switch ok? and how i can solve this hornet's nest?

What is the difference between level-3 switch and a router?
We use a Cisco Catalyst 5500 buyer switch which the admin people call a V-lan or virtual Lan. It gives out IP addresses for DHCP I think, but they don't call it a router. What does a router have that a Level-3 drug switch doesn't have or vice-versa. What are the benefits or drawbacks of a level-3 switch.
A Layer 3 switch and a router are very almost identical. Normally, switches make routing decisions at Layer 2 (hardware layer), while a router makes routing decisions at Layer 3 (network layer). When the Layer 3 arbitration making is incorporated into a switch, this makes the switch function very similar to a router. However, since the switch can also operate at Layer 2 and can route using specialized computer equipment built into the backplane, in many cases the Layer 3 switch can exceed the performance of a router.
